I’m kicking off a fun new series that combines my love for Starbucks drinks with my passion for baking! I’m bringing our favorite Starbucks drinks to life in the form of a loaf, a roll, and a cookie. And to make sure everyone can join the fun, I’m making them with both sourdough and yeast.
It’s a scorching 100+ degrees here in Texas, so what better way to cool off and dive into the summer spirit than with the iconic Strawberry Acai Refresher? When I think of strawberries, I think of summer—fresh, tangy, and so full of flavor. Now pair the sweet tang of strawberries with acai for their rich, berry-like taste with just a hint of earthiness packed with antioxidants. Perfection!
And did you know Starbucks Pink Drink is basically the Strawberry Acai Refresher with coconut milk? We will be using some of that. The coconut milk adds a silky, creamy texture that balances the fruity flavors, bringing a tropical vibe to every bite.
